Each year in NorthWest North Carolina, the Caldwell County Chamber of Commerce, and the local North Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) office sponsor Expect More, a celebratory event recognizing the achievements and contributions of people with disabilities and the employers who empower them.

This year the RPM Wood Finishes Group Hudson plant figured prominently in that celebration as Wood Finishes Group Human Resource Director, Sharon Nellenbach was a featured speaker and presenter.
