When Kettering Health sought to build a new trauma center in Piqua, Ohio, it required a building envelope that would deliver optimal performance under a tight construction schedule and limited space. Tremco’s Securock® ExoAir® 430 air barrier system was selected for the facility’s 21,000-square-foot building enclosure. This was then sealed with Tremco’s Dymonic® 100 and Spectrem® 1 sealants, as well as its Proglaze® ETA pre-engineered silicone materials.
