Tremco and Minority & Women Contractors & Developers Association (MWCDA) are collaborating on the Grow to Green initiative. This initiative developed and will oversee a platform for Minority & Women Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) to capitalize on green energy and sustainable construction opportunities.
This platform will create an opportunity for MWBEs to gain access to training, education and opportunities required to be successful in the green sector. The hope is to develop a workforce in the northeast that is more representative to the communities.
