On Monday, February 1, 2022, Tremco acquired the manufacturing portion of The Lutz Company, located in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. This new manufacturing facility is for EIFS panelization for Dryvit. 

Lutz has had a strategic connection to Dryvit US Sales for some time now, as both a distributor of Dryvit products and fabricator of Dryvit’s Modulite™ panelized CI systems — primarily Fedderlite. This acquisition will allow sales representatives across the Tremco CPG companies to aggressively promote these as complete, engineered solutions

This manufacturing facility will serve as Tremco CPG’s initial inhouse OEM/offsite fabrication site and construction testing ground— a way to perfect panelization materials and technologies for other fabricator partners as well. It also will help to further establish Tremco CPG as the market leader and innovator in panelization and off-site construction.
