A 37-year veteran of RPM, Kathie Rogers will be retiring on October 8, 2021. She joined the company in 1984 as assistant to Jim Karman, president of RPM at that time, and continued to support him until his retirement in 2002. She was promoted to manager of investor relations in 2000 and served in this capacity until 2020, when her role evolved to manager of investor relations and internal communications. In this role, Kathie became the voice and face to most of RPM’s more than 100,000 shareholders.
“Kathie has been a key member of the RPM family for nearly 40 years, playing an integral role in RPM’s growth. When Kathie joined RPM, revenues were $154 million and our net income was $8 million. Nearly four decades later, RPM’s revenues are $6.1 billion and net income has exceeded $500 million,” stated Frank C. Sullivan, RPM chairman and CEO. “On behalf of the RPM leadership team, our board of directors and our shareholders, I wish Kathie all the best as she enters a well-earned retirement.”
During her retirement, Kathie is looking forward to spending more time with her four grandchildren and 90-year-old parents, volunteering in the bereavement ministry at her church, tending to her garden and traveling.
Please join us in wishing Kathie the very best during her retirement!
Going forward, please contact Tammy Zollner regarding all corporate communications requests at tzollner@rpminc.com. In addition, investor relations will be handled by a team of individuals from RPM’s finance department.
