DAP recently launched a major advertising campaign to promote several of its innovative new products, including its Eclipse™ Rapid Wall Repair Patches, RapidFuse® Ultra Clear All-Purpose Adhesive and RapidFuse® Fast Curing Gel Adhesive. With more than 300 million impressions anticipated through the end of May, the campaign leverages a variety of platforms—from television and print media, to digital, social and search ads.
Television commercials for these three products have already begun airing across popular networks like HGTV, DIY, A&E, Lifetime, USA, TBS, TruTV, BRAVO, FOOD, AMC, OWN, AHC, CMT, Great American Country, FOX News, CNN and WE.
DAP’s new RapidFuse products are also being promoted through an HGTV media package that includes a full-page print ad in the May issue of HGTV Magazine, a dedicated e-blast and digital ads across HGTV.com in April and May.
In addition, a trade media campaign—ranging from print and social ads, to dedicated e-blasts and retargeting—has been launched in an effort to promote DAP’s Eclipse patches to painting contractors, as well as key independent retailers and wholesalers. More than 18,000 professional painters from American Painting Contractor’s subscription list will receive a patch sample polybagged with the May issue to promote trial use.
